OLCDC's Mission:
The Opa-locka Community Development Corporation strives to enhance the overall quality of life for the Opa-locka/North Dade community by empowering community participation in the community development process to provide affordable housing, stimulate economic development and improve the overall appearance and vitality of the community.

As part of the Miami Dade NSP Consortium, OLCDC acquires foreclosed and vacant properties and converts them into affordable rental and homeowner opportunities for low and moderate income families. Read more here.
